Timber Component Manufacture
Using engineered wood products like LVL, highly consistent and uniform lightweight components can be program manufactured to the highest standards.
Timberbuilt has introduced state of the art CNC technology alongside its 3D virtual building software and now offers contract processing of materials and supply of materials to your specification.
We can precision cut, drill, rout, slot, shape, mark, etc using precision CNC equipment either direct (manual program input) or from software models converted to the appropriate file format. Whether its individual custom components or large repetition runs – any instance where accuracy and cost are important then this capability should be considered.
Able to process materials up to 16.0m long and from 20 x 50 mm up to 300 x 625 mm cross sections. This service offers many advantages:
