When you purchase ecoBarn you receive:

• A full set of structural drawings including plans and elevation.
• Engineering certification for building approval.
• Drawings and certificates specific for the address and ownership of the site and ready for submission for Building Approval.
• All required frame components fully prefabricated and supplied including all fasteners, brackets and bracing.
• Technical advice and support for installation if required

Price basis for ecoBarn buildings listed above:

Prices are indicative for frame components only for a fully enclosed building with one main access door, H2s (termite protected) for mainland areas below the tropic of capricorn. Note prices are ex Factory.

Prices do not include:

• Footings, ground floor slab/raised platform floor
• Installation
• Delivery
• Roof or wall cladding and/or lining (unless where utilityClad is supplied)

Terms and conditions

• 15% deposit (approx) with order, balance due and payable on receipt of goods
