UtilityClad

For a timber building that stands out from the rest - UtilityClad may be used for wall cladding and is an attractive and durable alternative. UtilityClad can be offered as part of an ecoBarn package and is also available separately from Timberbuilt at competitive rates. utilityClad* is an H3 treated plywood sheet cladding distributed by Timberbuilt for the Australian rural market.

Roof cladding

Roof cladding

Roof cladding may be any pierce fixed metal sheet profile of spanning capability equal or greater than 0.42mm BMT hi-tensilesteel corrugated sheeting such as Lysaght Custom Orb or similar. Trapezoidal profiles such as Trimdek, Monoclad or similar may also be used according to customer preference.

Skylights may be created using fibreglass or plastic sheeting in profiles and thicknesses to match the profile and required spanning capability of the metal sheeting. For safety reasons it is advisable to install safety mesh under these sheets. The use of safety mesh may also be required by regulation.

Steel wall cladding

Wall cladding may be any pierce fixed metal sheet profile of spanning capability equal or greater than 0.35mm BMT hi-tensile steel corrugated sheeting such as Lysaght Wall-clad or similar. Other wall cladding profiles able to span 1100mm may also be used according to customer preference.

Where to purchase steel cladding:

For steel Roof and Wall cladding, packages are widely available from distributors local to you. For this reason it is not offered for supply in the standard ecoBarn package. Instead sufficient information will be provided for customers so that a quotation may be obtained for supply from these specialist cladding suppliers.
