Early Consultation

Your needs are important to us. We seek to understand your design goals, so we can best assist in areas of timber engineering and design. Our suggestions and advice are based on 24 years of experience. We can collaborate with you through discussions, sketches and drawings, and possibly some simple 3D modelling.

Quotation

When understanding is reached, we can submit a quotation that covers engineering, design, 3D modelling, manufacture and delivery of your prefabricated timber solution. If you already have engineering done, we are also happy to quote your requirements for modelling, manufacture and delivery.

Building Information Modelling

Upon acceptance of our quotation, we produce engineering, connection detailing, and 3D modelling of the structural solution. This process of building information Modelling (BIM) actually builds the 3D structure in the virtual space, identifying any issues that may exist. Through collaboration with all parties involved, we work through these issues in preparing for manufacture. Our 3D Cadwork model also generates materials lists for ordering manufacturing inputs.

Component Manufacture & Prefabrication

Our 3D Cadwork components are exported as individual production files, and transferred to our Hundegger K2 which precisely manufactures each piece. All cutting, trenching, drilling and countersinking is efficiently carried out directly from the 3D model, eliminating error. Our factory staff then carry out prefabrication.

Delivery

Once completed, clearly labelled and packed, your prefabricated timber solution is delivered to site. Where necessary we also include instructions for installation and assembly, making it easy for on-site trades.
