Since the introduction of laminated veneer lumber (LVL) into Australia in 1986, Timberbuilt has specialised in using LVL to provide complete engineered building systems and components for structures up to 43 metre clear span and roof area as large as 2.6 hectare.

Using engineered wood products as portal frames, purlins and girts in warehouse structures, enables large spans in excess of 30 metres. The light weight of engineered timbers reduces the overall roof weight and so large spans in excess of 30 metres are possible.
