A fully prefabricated 15mx30m (5 x 6m bays) timber portal frame building kit with an eave height of 6 m.  

The frame is fully prefabricated from hySPAN LVL. It is ready for assembly including all brackets, bracing etc.

The building comes complete with structural drawings and structural certification as required. 

Current layout has a 2-bay drive-through and 3-bays enclosed with 2 wide door openings.

Current layout is ideal for stock & station or timber & hardware. The layout however can readily be modified as required. 

Designed for commercial occupancy to wind loading Terrain Category 2.5 (Region A). 

Price basis is frame only, ex factory.  Cladding (shown for illustration purposes) is not included.
