This modern function centre is designed to capture the charm and ambience of the winery and vineyard surrounds, and the breathtaking valley views below. A strong shape of oblique portal frames, built with plantation grown LVL and appearance grade plywood, is complemented with a robust karri and cypress decking outside.

All components were modelled in Cadwork 3D and manufactured with our Hundegger K2, producing a simple assembly kit for a complex structure. Even treated pine round poles acting as the stumps were drilled, recessed and housed for easy connection.

Winemakers Graham and Margaret Van Der Meulen of Seville Estate completed most of the assembly themselves, and the Function Centre is the third structure manufactured by Timberbuilt Solutions for Seville Estate.

The Seville Estate Winery Function Centre showcases the natural beauty of timber combined with strong engineering design, 3D modelling technology and precision manufacture – resulting in an iconic yet beautiful structure for a significant winery estate.
